New technology drives growth only for those who rebuilt the foundation.

We build that foundation for businesses: one system where people, money, orders, and documents come together. It grows module by module and doesn’t break what already works.

Three interviews, ten business days. The document is yours to keep.

A century. Forty years. Years. Months.

That’s how long it took to adopt a new technology.

  • yearsSmartphone
  • monthsGenerative AIOpenAI’s ChatGPT: 100 million users in two months

In three years, 53% of people adopted generative AI. That’s faster than the personal computer and the internet.

The steam engine took nearly a hundred years to change the world, and people had time to adjust. Electricity needed forty years to get from the first power stations to growth on the factory floor. The smartphone did it in a few years.

This is no longer the next step on the staircase. It’s a cliff. Factory owners had forty years to get up to speed. You don’t.

Generative AI: Stanford HAI, AI Index 2026. ChatGPT: UBS estimate based on Similarweb data, January 2023 (Reuters). For comparison, TikTok took about nine months to reach 100 million users, and Instagram two and a half years.

The winner was not the one who bought a motor, but the one who rebuilt the factory floor.

In the 1890s, factory owners took out the steam engine and put an electric motor in its place. The factory floor stayed the same, and so did productivity. Growth came only in the 1920s, to those who put a motor on every machine and started the assembly line. The same thing is happening with AI.

(03 / 08) · 2026The world

Today, most companies are repeating the mistake of the 1890s.

9/10

of companies worldwide already use AI regularly

6%

get a tangible return from it

¾

of those getting a return have rebuilt how the work itself is done

Most companies put a smart bot on top of the old chaos. Requests live in messaging apps, stock levels in the warehouse clerk’s head, contracts in email. The bot answers, but it has nothing to manage. It’s the same motor on the old factory floor.

We offer a different path: the foundation first, then technology on top.

1

We connect what already works

1C, CRM and familiar apps stay where they are. We build a connecting layer:

  • We run threads between scattered sources
  • We sync their work, so separate programs become one system
  • We build and connect what’s missing over time, as needed

Almost everyone has the programs. Almost no one has them connected.

2

We build from scratch

Little or no software: records are kept in spreadsheets, and processes live in people’s heads.

  • We lay the foundation
  • We set the first modules on it, for your most pressing problems
  • Everything is connected from day one
  • We build the rest over time, as needed

A clean slate doesn’t mean you’re behind. It’s a chance to build it right the first time.

A strong foundation.
As many floors as you need.

  1. 0Blueprint · Solution Map

First we survey the business and draw the blueprint: where money and time are being lost, roughly how much, what to fix first, and which solutions we propose. Everything else is built from that blueprint.

  2. 1Single database

Every employee, client, and supplier, every product, warehouse, and venue is recorded once, and all modules work from the same record.

  3. 2Finance and processes

Money, documents, and tasks in one system: every task has a deadline and an owner, and the system reads documents on its own.

  4. 3Tools

The security principles banks use, at the scale of your business: role-based access, sign-off on transactions by the person responsible, and a log that can’t be edited after the fact. AI follows the same rules as your employees.

  5. 4Modules on top

Ready-made apps sit on the foundation. Something missing? We’ll build your own modules to fit your process.

Each new module plugs in faster than the last: people, permissions, clients, suppliers, and money are already in place.

Three modules at work.

Each ready-made module solves one business problem.
Here are three examples that run every day: before and after.

Module · Work chatsAva Support

No question gets buried in twenty chats anymore.

Our own hospitality business, in daily operation

Before

Suppliers in one WhatsApp group, the shift team in another, clients in a third. Voice messages are impossible to find, and a question asked in the evening is buried under a hundred messages by morning.

After

All work chats on one screen. Voice messages and documents turn into text, and search works across the whole history. Twice a day a summary arrives: the most urgent questions and what’s still open from yesterday.

Ava Support · all chats in one window
Module · Purchasing and warehouseAva ERP

Production no longer stops because of one item.

Warehouse, purchase requests and receiving under control

Before

Raw materials, containers and labels were in stock, but the stretch film ran out and the line stopped. A shortage came to light only after the fact, when it was already too late.

After

The system warns several days ahead, prepares the purchase request and does not let go: it sends reminders and passes the matter to the manager until someone moves the request forward.

300+orders a month go through the system
5+ hrssaved each week by everyone who works with the system
Ava ERP · stock, requests, receiving
Module · Orders and logisticsSoloTrack

See where an order is, and whether it’s paid, at a glance.

Supply logistics and team coordination

Before

An order takes months: factories in Europe, pro forma invoices, sea freight, customs. To find out what stage it was at, the manager had to make several calls, then ask accounting separately about payment.

After

Every order moves through its chain of stages in one window, with the payment status shown next to each stage. No more “I thought someone else was handling that.”

SoloTrack · order tracking

That’s three modules. The rest are in the solutions catalog.

We build systems.

And for 20 years we’ve run the businesses they work in.

The business came first, software development second. We’ve been building our own systems since 2012: each one runs in our business first, on our own processes and with our own money, and only then in yours.

Three interviews with your people and ten business days. The result is a document: where money and time are being lost, roughly how much, what to fix first, which solutions we propose, and which door to enter through.

The document is yours to keep, even if we go no further together. Next comes the first working part of the system.
