For mid-sized business
Business automation for mid-sized companies: one system that grows with the company
When tasks and people multiply, almost everyone has software, and almost no one has links between it. Ava Solutions builds one system where people, money, orders and documents come together. It grows module by module and doesn’t break what already works. We start with the Solution Map: three interviews, ten business days, and you keep the document.
- For companies whose tasks, people and locations no longer fit into chats and spreadsheets
- 1C, CRM and your familiar apps stay where they are
- We have been building our own systems since 2012 and have run our own business for 20 years
- We work in Kazakhstan, Ukraine and the UAE
What holds growth back
- Problem: Requests in messaging apps, stock levels in someone’s head, contracts in emailSolution: One database: every employee, client, supplier and warehouse is recorded once
- Problem: Tasks get lost between departmentsSolution: Every task has a deadline and an owner, and it can be closed only with a stated reason
- Problem: Reports take weeks to assemble from different spreadsheetsSolution: One consolidated view of every business and cash account: budget, plan and actuals, cash flow
- Problem: Everything depends on a few peopleSolution: Instructions, training and documents are in the system, and a new employee gets up to speed on their own
- Problem: Every new program lives on its ownSolution: Each new module connects to the same database: people, permissions, clients, suppliers and money are already in place
- Problem: No one knows who changed what, and whenSolution: Role-based access, sign-off on operations by the person responsible, and a log that can’t be edited after the fact

How we start
- 01
Solution Map
Three interviews and ten business days. You get a document: where money and time are being lost, what to fix first, which solutions fit. You keep the document.
- 02
Choosing a door
We connect what already works, or build from scratch. We decide by the Solution Map, not by habit.
- 03
The first area
We launch the one process that pays off most. The rest of the work goes on as before.
- 04
Module by module
Each new module plugs in faster than the last: people, permissions, clients, suppliers, and money are already in place.
How to scale without chaos
- 01
A new department, location or group company connects to the same database
- 02
Permissions follow the role: a new employee sees only their own work from day one
- 03
Processes are described in the system, not in the heads of a few people
- 04
AI follows the same rules as your employees

Frequently asked questions
What does automation of a mid-sized business mean?
It is one system instead of a set of disconnected programs: people, money, orders and documents in one database, processes with owners and deadlines, and access by role. We assemble it from ready-made modules and build whatever is missing.
What is ERP, in plain words?
It is a system where money, goods, orders and people are kept in one database instead of in separate programs. We build it in parts: each module connects to the common database, and you can start with a single process.
Do we have to give up 1C and our current programs?
No. 1C, CRM and the apps you are used to stay where they are. We connect them through a common foundation and set up the exchange to fit your process.
Where do we start?
With the Solution Map: three interviews with your people and ten business days. You get a document: where money and time are being lost, what to fix first, which solutions fit, and which door to enter through. You keep the document.
Can we implement it gradually?
Yes. We implement one process at a time, and the business keeps running. We connect the next module once the previous one is working.
What if the module we need doesn’t exist?
We build it on the same foundation. People, permissions and data are already in place, so your own module doesn’t end up as a separate program.
How does the system help us scale?
A new department, location or group company connects to the same database. Roles, instructions and processes are already described, so growth doesn’t depend on a few people.
What does AI do in the system?
It reads documents, puts spreadsheets into one format and answers questions about your data. AI sees only what the role allows and writes only after a person confirms.
Who are you?
First there was a business, then development: we have run our own business for 20 years and have been building our own systems since 2012. Every system works at our company first, and only then at yours. Our team is in Astana, Kyiv and Dubai.
How do you stop important things getting lost in work chats?
Second Brain gathers work chats from WhatsApp and Telegram in one place and pulls the main points into a summary. Documents from the chats reach the storage on their own: the Archivist files them on the shared drives, and the Librarian finds the right one from a question. Everyone sees only what their role allows.
Can I use the system from ChatGPT, Claude or Codex?
Yes. The systems connect to ChatGPT, Claude and Codex through connectors: you can ask about tasks, documents and data in the AI assistant you already use. Access is limited by the employee’s permissions.
Let’s start with a Solution Map for your company.
