    Task

    The promotion has been thought up, but the kitchen heard about it last, the poster is with the designer, and the dining room isn’t ready for the launch.

    The promotion’s card goes from idea to result: approval by the marketing lead, materials from the shared drive, a message to staff in the right positions, tasks for departments in DoItOK and a photo inspection of the dining room before launch.

    Staff know about the promotion before the guests do, and the launch goes to plan.
