Second Brain gathers what the company knows into one memory. Work chats, the documents in them and tasks come together in one place. What matters is picked out on its own, and each employee sees only what their role allows.

Task
Decisions, agreements and documents live in dozens of chats and in people’s heads. You can only find them if you remember who wrote what and when.

Solution
Chats are gathered in one place, and the main points are pulled into a summary. Documents are stored separately: the Archivist files them on the shared drives, and the Librarian finds the right one from an employee’s question. Second Brain follows tasks in any task tracker and is always up to date.

Nothing important gets lost, a document is found by a question rather than from memory, and a new employee learns the context on their own.
Work chats
WhatsApp and Telegram in one window: voice messages and documents are turned into text, with search across the whole history and a summary of the main points twice a day.
Documents kept apart
Files from work groups go into the inbound storage on their own. Private conversations are not collected.
Archivist
The AI agent reads a document, identifies its type, looks for duplicates and files it on the shared drives. It leaves anything doubtful to the person responsible.
Librarian
Answers an employee’s question and finds the right document. It sees only what the asker’s role allows and never reveals restricted material.
Access rights
Four levels: all employees, a department, management, personal. Search follows the same rules.
Tasks
Second Brain follows tasks in DoItOK or in your own task tracker: Bitrix24, amoCRM or another one connected through a connector.
Connectors
ChatGPT, Codex and Claude connect through connectors: you can ask about tasks and documents in the AI assistant you already use, within your own permissions.
